We currently deliver across India, subject to serviceability of the delivery address.

Delivery Timeline
Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 24 hours of receiving the order.
Once dispatched, delivery usually takes approximately 3–6 working days, depending on the delivery location and courier serviceability.
Remote and certain non-serviceable locations may require additional delivery time.

Prepaid Orders
Free delivery across India is available on all prepaid orders.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
A COD charge of ₹90 is applicable on Cash-on-Delivery orders.
The courier partner may contact you before attempting delivery to confirm the order.
Important – Check Your Package Before Accepting Delivery
We request you to carefully inspect the outer packaging at the time of delivery.
If the package appears to be:
- Tampered with
- Ripped or torn
- Heavily pressed or crushed
- Opened
- Otherwise visibly damaged
you may refuse to accept the delivery.
Please mention the condition of the package clearly on the Proof of Delivery (POD) slip or delivery record provided by the delivery executive.
For damaged or incorrect products, please also raise a request through our Returns/Exchange Portal within 7 days of delivery.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that sometimes you may need to cancel an order. However, because we process orders quickly, cancellation requests are accepted only within a limited time.
Cancellation Window
You can request cancellation within 6 (six) hours of placing your order on the CLOA website.
Orders are generally processed and prepared for dispatch within 4–6 hours of being placed.

When Cancellation Is Not Possible
We will not be able to cancel an order if:
- The cancellation request is received after 6 hours from the time the order was placed.
- The order has already been processed for dispatch.
- The order has already been shipped.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled through our cancellation process. You may refer to our Return & Exchange Policy for applicable options after delivery.
CLOA reserves the right to determine whether a cancellation request can be accepted based on the order’s processing and shipping status.
